Each reusable cotton round is made with three layers of 100% cotton materials: a cotton fabric top, cotton batting center, and soft cotton flannel backing for gentle everyday use. Choose between white flannel for applying toner, moisturizer, and other skincare products, or black flannel for makeup removal.
