Sometimes perfectly good things just need to make a little room. A style may be on its way out, the last few pieces of a batch may be hanging around, or it might simply be time for something new to take its place. Whatever brought it here, finding something you already love with a little something taken off is a pretty nice turn of events.

A markdown doesn’t change what went into making it. These are still the same handmade pieces, with the same care and attention behind them; they’ve simply reached the point where we’d rather see them head home than keep waiting around. Being the one who happens to find the right thing at the right time is part of the fun.

Once these pieces are gone, that may very well be it. Styles change, materials run out, and not everything makes its way back into the regular lineup. Sometimes the timing just works in your favor.
