Each hat begins with carefully selected fabric pieces that are cut, appliquéd onto a foam trucker hat, and finished with hand embroidery. The appliquéd lettering is outlined with a blanket stitch, adding texture and detail while giving each piece a handmade feel. With a breathable mesh back and adjustable snapback closure, it’s made for comfortable everyday wear.

Made in small batches on Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi. Because of the handmade process and fabric layout, no two are exactly the same.
