The Japanese word for Hawaiʻi, ハワイ, gives the lettering a clean graphic look against the red trucker hat. The letters are appliquéd using a white fabric with light brown horizontal lines, then outlined with black embroidery for strong contrast.

Each hat starts with carefully selected fabric pieces that are cut and appliquéd onto a foam trucker hat, then finished with hand embroidery. The lettering is outlined with a blanket stitch, the black embroidery adding definition to each character. A breathable mesh back and adjustable snapback closure keep it comfortable and easy to wear.

Made in small batches on Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi. Because of the handmade process and fabric layout, no two are exactly the same.
